Tasting Notes
The base wine is produced from organic, indigenous Lebanese Merwah grown in the Bekaa Valley. Harvest usually begins in late September and lasts until mid October. The base wine in fermented for 20 days. Tripled distilled in the early fall following the grape harvest using an copper alembic pot still.
