Tasting Notes
Elegant, citrus, mineral, herbal.
The grapes come from a parcel on the mountain Attavyros on the island of Rhodes. At an altitude of 900m., the steeply sloped vineyard is home to ungrafted vines, some over a century old. Rooted in pure schist soil, the vines are cultivated organically and without irrigation.
